Landowner Information in the Field

This map was developed at the request of the drill crew. It provides the viewer with parcel information for their surroundings. This is helpful when doing fieldwork in rural areas, where property owners may mistake SCGS staff for intruders.
The green parcels are public lands on which staff can drill freely. The red parcels are private property, so the ownership information provided by the map is helpful for establishing a relationship with the property owner.
The Instant App that holds the map is updated with new data as requested, which is generally when the crew begins drilling in a new area. The version of the app embedded below shows data for the properties in and around the Cordova area.
